A healthy treat for your sweet tooth. You won't believe the main ingredient!

2 large, ripe avocados (peeled and the flesh scooped out)
½ cup best quality cocoa powder, sifted
½ cup maple syrup
1 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
fresh whipped coconut cream and raspberries for garnish

In your Vitamix or food processor, purée the avocado until very smooth.

Add sifted cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla. Purée together until smooth.

Adjust by adding more maple syrup if desired.

Divide between small dessert bowls or glasses. Chill at least 1 hour.

Top with fresh whipped coconut cream and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
