We love this new spin on a classic cocktail. Thanks to Jake Hazel of Hunter and Co. for coming up with the recipe featuring our fabulous smoked Gordal olives from Spain!

 ¾ oz Blended scotche.g. Chivas Regal
 ¾ oz Maker's Mark whisky
 ½ oz Amaretto
 ½ oz Amontillado sherry

Fill a cocktail glass half full with ice cubes.

Pour all the ingredients except for the olive into the glass.

Stir to combine.

Place an olive and a piece of pepper on a skewer. Serve with the cocktail.
