This is one of our all time pasta dishes using our favourite essentials using tomatoes, pasta and tuna.

1 lb Rummo pasta
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 28oz - can of Favuzzi diced tomatoes
1 160g - can of Callipo tuna packed in oil
¼ cup fresh basil or parsley
salt to taste

Bring 6 qts. water to a boil with 1 tbsp. of salt. Add the pasta, stirring until the water comes back to the boil.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes.

Stir in the tomatoes When the sauce has simmered for a couple of minutes add the tuna (along with the oil) and the basil or parsley.

Season with salt to taste if necessary.

When the pasta is al dente. Drain and place in a pasta bowl.

Add the sauce and toss well. Enjoy!
