Perfect at any time of year! Fire In The Kitchen spices are the secret to a truly next-level meatball. We used "3 Alarm" for a zesty kick. Or for that BBQ taste without any grilling, try them with "Smoke Eater".
To make meatballs: Add the milk to the breadcrumbs. Let the mixture sit until the milk has absorbed.
Mix together the ground beef, bread crumb mixture, minced garlic, parsley, 3 Alarm spice mix, salt and pepper.
Roll meatballs into the size you wish.
Heat oil in pan. Sear the meatballs on all sides. Take them out and set aside.
In the same pan, heat up the remaining oil. Add onion, red pepper, minced garlic.
Cook until vegetables are slightly soft.
Add zucchini. Cook another 2 minutes. Add white beans (not drained), tomatoes and sage. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Turn down to simmer.
Add the meatballs back to the pan and let it cook until meatballs are cooked thru. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
