Make your dinners easy during this busy holiday season with this easy stir fry using Stonewall Kitchen Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce.

 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
 2 large chicken thighs, cubed (about 1 lb.)
 1 small onion sliced
 1 red pepper, cored and sliced
 1 yellow pepper, cored and sliced
 1 small head of broccoli broken into florets
 ½ cup Stonewall Kitchen Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
 ¼ cup water
 rice or noodles for serving

Heat half of the oil in a wok or saute pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until no longer pink.

Add remaining oil and the onion and peppers and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Add the broccoli, Stonewall sauce and water.

Cover and cook a further 3 minutes until broccoli is just tender.

Serve over steamed rice or cooked rice noodles.
