This is so much easier than a traditional quiche! Leftovers keep well and are delicious served cold for an easy breakfast.

breadcrumbs
8 large eggs
¾ cup 5% cream
1 cup finely diced leftover cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
2 green onions, chopped
½ tsp pepper

Grease a quiche dish and sprinkle the bottom lightly with breadcrumbs .

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Whisk in the cream.

Add the ham, cheese, onion and pepper and stir to combine.

Spoon into a 14" by 6" rectangular quiche dish and bake in a preheated 350F oven for 35–40 minutes.

Note: You can also use a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
