Jessica DiFruscia
Jessica DiFruscia is an experienced educator and hospitality professional with over 15 years of management experience, including more than a decade as General Manager of Bertoldi’s Trattoria. At Fanshawe College, she teaches courses in wine, wine tasting, business management, cost control, and purchasing, combining industry expertise with a passion for food and wine.Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Guelph. She is WSET Level 3 certified and a Certified Educator for WSET, continuously exploring new culinary and wine pairing experiences to enhance her teaching.
