Darlene has worked with Dandurand Wine Agency for 14 years, she is a certified sommelier in addition to being an accomplished home chef, her specialty being duck confit with lentils du Puy. Darlene’s dream is to eat and cook her way across Italy and France for a year. Currently she is the Ontario Trade Territory Manager in southwest Ontario, selling their portfolio to restaurants in addition to creating wine lists, wine and food pairing dinners like the one tonight.
