Carla was born and raised on the beautiful Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, where her love for food was inspired by her great aunt, a talented wedding cake decorator and caterer. Her passion for the culinary arts has taken her across Canada, allowing her to explore and share diverse food experiences. Today, Carla channels that passion into teaching at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, where she continues to inspire the next generation of culinary professionals.
