This vibrant, colourful salad is the perfect summer main course salad to enjoy the versatile Garlic Box Chili Lime Splash.

Salad
8 cups mixed greens
2 avocadoes, sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
4 green onions
Dressing (recipe below)

2 Tbsp agave syrup or honey
4 Tbsp lime juice
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the greens on a large platter.

Scatter the chicken evenly over top followed by the avocadoes, red pepper, yellow pepper and green onion.
