This was inspired by a dessert/drink I had in the Basque region of Spain this year. White wine and sorbet combine for a refreshingly sweet end to a meal.
12 oz white wine
2 scoops of Haven’s strawberry sorbet

Place the wine and sorbet in a jug. Using a whisk or immersion blender, blend until smooth.
