For serious garlic lovers! Fabulous as a dip, this Greek recipe can also be served warm as an accompaniment to just about anything, like grilled fish or chicken.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Serve with an assortment of raw veggies and pita.
Note: I like to serve this slightly warm. You can use local Yukon Gold potatoes or any slightly starchy potato.
