Shrimp and Chorizo with Garlic and Olives

This recipe showcases smoky Don Jose chorizo with our delicious OceanPrime shrimp. Mop up the wonderful pan juices with slices of grilled baguette!

  cup olive oil
 4 Garlic Box garlic cloves, thinly sliced
 1 tsp chili flakes
 4 oz Don Jose dried chorizo sausage, sliced
 1 lb black tiger shrimps, pealed and devained
 ½ cup Divina pitted Kalamata olives
 ¼ cup chopped parsley
 black pepper, to taste

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chili flakes and sauté until fragrant, 10-15 seconds.

Add the chorizo sausage and cook for a minute.

Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and curled, 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the Kalamata olives and cook for another minute, or until warmed through.

Turn off the heat and stir in the parsley.

Serve with crusty bread.
