This gnocchi recipe is so simple that it takes no time to prep, but it is full of flavours such as earthy mushrooms, Sacla Oven Baked Tomatoes with Garlic, Italian sausage and Parmesan cheese. This is a crowd pleaser!

Using a fork, remove the tomatoes, garlic and capers from the jar. Coarsley chop and transfer to a medium bowl along with the oil from the jar.
To the bowl add the gnocchi, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, yellow pepper, salt and chili flakes. Add olive oil and toss well.
Preheat oven to 400°F .
Transfer gnocchi mixture to a parchment lined sheet pan.
Pull 1-inch pieces of sausage and scatter on top.
Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Turn on broiler and cook a further 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove sheet pan from the oven and transfer gnocchi to a warmed pasta bowl.
Serve with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
