Not just for salad... Radishes are usually thought of as raw-only vegetables but they are delicious roasted too!

Preheat oven to 400F.
Place the radishes in a bowl with the olive oil. Toss to coat.
Place on a parchment lined baking tray.
Roast in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
