Easy Lentil and Tomato SoupThis is one of the easiest soup recipes I know. Most of the ingredients are put in the soup pot at once and simmered until the ingredients are tender. It's also an excellent vegan and vegetarian soup. It freezes well.
Quick Chicken CacciatoreThis is an amazing short cut of a classic Italian dish. Serve it over Rummo Pappardelle No. 119 pasta or mashed potatoes.
Pasta with Semi-Dried TomatoesO Sole Mio tomatoes (sold in-store) are extraordinary... perfect, semi-dried tomatoes packed in sunflower oil with basil leaves. Fantastic on bruschetta, in special salads or in this delicious and easy pasta dish!
Tex Mex Barbeque PizzaNo need to heat up the house. What could be easier than a delicious Tex-Mex pizza made with barbeque sauce and rotisserie chicken on top of a pre-made shell or naan bread.
Sausage and Pepper FrittataThis easy, delicious and colourful frittata is ideal for breakfast, brunch or dinner. Make it your own by changing the type of sausage or vegetables. If you would like this to be a vegetarian meal, omit the sausage and add more vegetables.

Jill’s Pasta alla PuttanescaThis robust Italian dish originated in Naples. It features black olives, anchovies, capers and lots of garlic. A pinch of red chile flakes adds a subtle heat. This is one of our favourite quick pasta dinners.
Lemon and Shrimp PastaImpress guests with this herb filled pasta salad. Add some black olives in step 1 to change it up!
