Firecracker ShrimpWe're reviving one of our most popular crowd-pleasing appetizers, courtesy of Chef Chris Squire. It's always a phenomenal hit. Serve either cold as an easy make ahead appetizer, or warm over steamed rice or noodles as a sit-down starter.
Cheddar Shortbread Crusted OlivesAs served at Jill's 2018 Open House. A while back, a customer recommended wrapping cheddar shortbread dough around olives. What a great idea!
RomescoTry this Spanish sauce made of roasted red peppers and almonds or hazelnuts with grilled shrimp, green onions and new potatoes.
