Quickled Onions

Quick pickled sweet onions are a fabulous addition to burgers, salads, and sandwiches of all kinds.

 1 sweet onion
 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar
 ½ tsp Maldon salt

Slice onion in half lengthwise and then slice thinly. Place in a glass bowl.

Drizzle vinegar over top followed by salt.

Toss. Let sit for at least 15 minutes before using.

Store leftovers in fridge. Will keep for a week.
