Impress guests with this herb filled pasta salad. Add some black olives in step 1 to change it up!
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, oregano, chili flakes, zucchini, parsley and dill. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 5 to 6 minutes or until still al dente.
Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are cooked through (about another 3 to 4 minutes).
Drain the pasta and shrimp and quickly transfer to the bowl.
Toss well.
Add half of cheese and toss again. Garnish with remaining cheese.
