Kale Pineapple Smoothie ~ Variation 2

Start the morning off right. Easily add more fruits and vegetables to your diet by making delicious smoothies.
4 cups baby kale
2 cups *frozen pineapple pieces
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
½ small cucumber, chopped
1 green apple, core removed and chopped
1 ½ cups water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more water.
*don’t discard the core of the pineapple when you are cutting up to freeze
