Fantastic Fall Dessert!

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pears, egg and vanilla.
Stir in the sugars, ginger, cinnamon and oil.
Stir in the nuts.
Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the raisins and stir.
Spoon into a greased and floured 8-in. pan and bake at 350˚F for 40 to 50 minutes.
