What a great recipe to beat the heat and use up that leftover coffee!

 2 large coffee ice cubes
 1 cup cold coffee
 whiskey Maple Syrup or Fabbri Caramello syrup to taste
 milk or cream

Place the coffee ice cubes in a 16oz. glass.

Pour coffee over.

Add milk or cream to taste and flavour with maple syrup or caramello syrup.
