 2 large, ripe avocados (peeled and the flesh scooped out)
 ½ cup best quality cocoa powder, sifted
 ½ cup maple syrup
 1 ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
 fresh whipped coconut cream and raspberries for garnish

In your Vitamix or food processor, purée the avocado until very smooth.

Add 1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder, 1/2 cup maple syrup and vanilla. Purée together until smooth.

Adjust by adding more maple syrup if desired.

Divide between 4 to 6 small dessert bowls or glasses. Chill at least 1 hour.

Top with fresh whipped coconut cream and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
