Here are some of Jill’s favourite recipes for you to enjoy. Go ahead and cook up something amazing!

Festive Apple/Pear CakeThe original apple rendition of this recipe originated from the Budget Cutters Cookbook that appeared in The Free Press in November 1982. I particularly like it because it only uses one bowl to mix the batter and it produces a flavourful, dense, moist cake. We’ve added Arvinda’s Chai Masala spice mix for a special version.
Curried Turkey SoupWhat could be easier than this delicious soup flavoured with Arvinda’s wonderful spice blend. The perfect soup for turkey leftovers.
Joe Beef BurgersWhat’s not to love about a juicy, perfectly-seasoned burger topped with great ingredients? It’s the perfect casual summer meal.
Olive and Cheese CornbreadWhat could be easier than combining some chopped Olive & Olives jalapeño-stuffed olives with Arva Flour Mill Corn Bread mix. Bake in your 10-inch cast iron pan and you have a delicious savoury bread to accompany a meal.
Dry Brined Turkey BreastWhat could be easier than a sprinkling of one of our favourite flavoured sea salts to make ordinary turkey sublime!
Mussini SpritzMussini’s delicious Vinegar-Bar condiments are fabulous as an ingredient in salad dressings and in cocktails. We love them in this cocktail with Prosecco.
Be My ValentineA light fluffy cake topped with rich English double cream and strawberries in syrup. This simple dessert is the perfect ending of a Valentine's Day meal and will for sure impress.
Cheese FondueThere's no real "wrong" way to enjoy fondue. It's a fabulous means to enjoy whatever breads, cured meats, fresh fruits and vegetables you might have on hand. 
Meatballs with SauceThis is one of Jill's top family favourites; her family has been serving meatballs on Christmas Eve for over 50 years. Delicious over pasta, serve them with a basket of bread on the side. Or make a meatball sub!
Stove Top Mac & CheeseThere are many levels of Mac and Cheese, from your store-bought KD to your favourite lobster Mac 'n Cheese. In between, there are countless options. This is a elevated but everyday version using Red Fox Leicester cheese from England, which gives it not only a fabulous taste but a lovely color as well.
Mushroom and Spinach LasagnaThis delicious lasagna features our favourite Rummo noodles along with a rich filling of earthy mushrooms including porcini, several cheeses and spinach.
Cranberry Walnut Yogurt LoafThe classic flavours of cranberry and orange are combined in this delicious loaf that will come in handy for afternoon tea or an easy holiday dessert.
One-pan Chicken, Mushroom and Truffle BakeOne-pan dishes are all the rage and this is a perfect example of how easy it can be to make a delicious dish in your cast iron skillet. This awesome dish marries fresh mushrooms, dried porcini mushrooms, Favuzzi mushroom truffle puree and Rummo orzo. Comfort food at its best with a bit of elegance.
Truffle Scalloped PotatoesMountain Oak black truffle cheese takes scalloped potatoes to a whole new level. Topped with Torres truffle potato chips, this is a dish that will become a special occasion favourite.
