A delicious marriage of some of our favourite ingredients: Callipo tuna, Kewpie mayonnaise and Proper Heathen Chili Oil Crisp.

 1 large English cucumber cut into 8 or 10 pieces (about 3/4 inch)
 1 green onion minced
 1 tsp honey
 ½ tsp soy sauce
 Cilantro or chives for garnish

Using a melon baller, remove some of the interior of the cucumber. Reserve the scooped out cucumber pieces for a salad.

In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, green onion, chili crisp, honey and soy sauce. Stir to combine.

Place a spoonful of the mixture into each cucumber cup.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chives and a small spoonful of chili crisp if desired.
