Heaven in a bite! This recipe was featured at the 2016 London Wine & Food Show Jill's Table booth.

 2 cups grated old cheddar cheese
 ½ cup softened butter
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper or ground chill flakes
 shredded cheddar for garnish
 cilantro for garnish

Using an electric mixer or food processor, beat together the cheese, butter and cayenne until blended.

Stir in the flour just until the mixture forms a dough.

Shape into 36 balls. Press into mini muffin tins to form tart shells. Spoon 1 tsp. (5 ml) of chutney into each shell. Bake at 400°F. (200C) for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.

Garnish with cheddar and cilantro and serve.

These freeze well after cooking. Remove from freezer and warm in oven before serving.
