This easy appetizer uses two of our favourite things! Madame Loik whipped cheese from France and Mujjol caviar from Spain. So easy and so delicious!
9 mini white potatoes
Finely chopped chives for garnish
Directions

Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and completely cool. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.

Cut each potato in half. Remove a small slice from the bottom of each piece of potato so they will sit flat.

Place about 3/4 tsp. of the cheese on the potato followed by 1/2 tsp. of caviar.

Repeat.

Garnish with chives

Note: These can be assembled several hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
