For lovers of a crisp crust, nothing tastes better than pizza in cast iron. Start on the stove and finish in the oven for a delicious meal.

 1 lb ball of store bought pizza dough
 12 basil leaves, torn
 1 cup thinly sliced specialty mushrooms
 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 450F.

Roll out dough to 12 inches. Place the dough in the greased 12" cast iron skillet.

Combine the cherry tomatoes and Nduja and spread on dough.

Scatter basil leaves and mushrooms over top.

Top with mozzarella.

Turn heat on stove to medium-high and cook until the dough starts to turn a bit golden on bottom (about 5 minutes)

Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
