This is a real oldie-but-a-goodie. Anyone who enjoys cheese will LOVE this warm brie with a crunchy and spicy nut topping. 

 1 wheel of double cream Brie (200g)
  cup chopped Diablo spiced pecans & cashews
 2 Tbsp Fabrick Whiskey Maple Syrup (or honey)

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place Brie in a brie baker and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from oven and scatter nuts on top.

Drizzle with maple syrup or honey.

Serve with an assortment of fruit and crackers and baguette.
